    As a quick check:

    If is\are comes after the gap, then the answer is usually 'there'. It cannot be 'they're' and 'their' is highly unlikely

    But, some things are likely with -s:

    Theirs is.. (Their car is over there -> Theirs is over there.)

    Well, somebody who thinks he is a writer (over at the Teenwriting Workshop) uses phrases like up to there standards.

    Watch out, you have to use THERE. This is one of the most common mistakes in English. Even native speakers commonly make it.
