No. While I concur that "in terms of time" is an adverbial adjunct, it still should not be assigned an A as far as your denotational system for clauses is concerned. Removing the adjunct will not affect grammaticality. In other words, the adverbial is optional and, as such, should not be assigned any symbol.
Secondly, my opinion that "makes" is a copulative verb in your sentence seems to be corroborated by the fact that replacing it by 'is' will not, for want of a better turn of phrase, upset any applecarts. :up:

This is an SV, where "to check out..." is an adjective complement. :up: S stands for the understood "you": You be sure....

It(S) is(V) only because we were booked(C)

This is not a well-formed sentence. :down:
