    Default Hello there

Can anybody tell me whether the following sentence are same or not?
"He should not be doing this" and "he is not supposed to be doing this"

The sentences are essentially the same, except "he is not supposed to..." has more of a sense of wrongness to it.

. . .and you've been asked before, oxford, to give your threads meaningful titles.

    Hello there is pretty useless.
