    Default recreational facilities, recreation center

    Which one is correct?

    1) I have access to better recreational facilities.
    2) I have access to better recreational centers.
    3) I have access to better recreation centers.

    Thank you for your response.

What do you mean by "centers" or "facilities"?

To me, a center is a place you go, dedicated to recreation. Facilities can be scattered around. On campus, you may have a swimming pool in one place, a movie theater in another buidling, a bowling alley somewhere else. That gives you access to many recreational facilities, even if there is no recreational center.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

I don't know which one is correct, ''recreation'' or ''recreational''. I have to compare a big city with a small town.

    Thank you so much.
