I sometimes get confused using present/present continues tenses in spoken English.
help me to use accurate sentence.
    Thanks in advance.

    Sentence 1

Sometimes you might know about this, tender coffee leaves use as a medicine in here to stop bleeding and for scratches etc

    Sentence 2

Sometimes you might know about this, tender coffee leaves are using as a medicine in here to stop bleeding and for scratches etc

    Iím not a teacher.

I think Passive voice in Present tense is more correct:

Sometimes you might know about this, tender coffee leaves are used as a medicine in here to stop bleeding and for scratches etc.

Not sure what the first clause is doing... Perhaps 'You or customers] might be interested to know that...' Ususally adverts like this in shops just say what they have to say, without so much as one verb - e.g. 'Fair trade coffee only'.
