    Default off or off of

Could anybody check the following sentence
I cant take my eyes off of you or I cant tale my eyes off you.
I cant take my mind off of you or I cant take my mind off you
I fell off of the bike or I fell off the bike

I fell off the bike is correct.

Living in the USA you'll hear off of a lot, but when our American friends wake up later I expect they'll confirm that the of is redundant.

I hear "off of" a lot in the UK too. I've been hearing it all my life (that's quite a while!) and it has always jumped out at me and made me want to correct the speaker.

It's unnecessary, but it isn't going anywhere. Get off of there! I can't take my eyes off of you. Rolls off of his back like water.

At another forum I was a member of some years ago, many Americans were strongly against off of. Here's a comment by someone who doesn't think it's so wrong.
