Some suggestions including typical AmE way to express certain terms.

I’m going to talk about sports. There are a lot of different sports that people like playing to play. There are a lot of people who like playing team sports like football, basketball, and so on… through team sports a cooperative spirit and teamwork can be developed.
On the other hand, individual sports seem to be more flexible and convenient to practise.
I don’t like doing playing sports very much. But, I usually go swimming because I have problems with my back, so, swimming lets me become healthier. Also, I can get a in good shape and the best is that you don’t sweat. I can easily go to the swimming-pool at the Sport Centre whenever I am free.
In my country, the most sport watched is football or soccer, but I hate it.
Now, I am not member of a sport team but when I was in my school I was member of the basketball team. When I was at in secondary school, I did jogging and I gave up playing basketball.
In conclusion, a decision to play any sport depends on the time available and the type of person.

A note of caution. I never open attached documents from people I don't know well personally, and I recommend that people on this forum exercise the same caution. If it can't be included in a normal post, it's too big for most of us to consider.
