There is a question which really seems to be confused to me! So, would you like to help me, please?

According to you, what are the language contact phenomena in a multilingual speech community?

Multilingual speech community: their official language is Arabic, they speak dialects with the existence of French due to colonialism.

rasha, these are very basic questions you're asking. You've told us you are doing a degree in sociolinguistics (or something similar). Have your teachers given you no advice, no textbooks or suggested readings? If not, my advice would be to buy a book on Introductory Sociolinguistics, then do some reading and study.
An internet search for "language contact" (Google) brings up hundreds of relevant links*. I'd suggest that, if you are making this your field of study, do 4 - 6 months of reading and thinking first, then ask again about things you have persistent problems with. This is your course of study.

* You could start here (these are all from the the first search page)

According to you, what are the language contact phenomena in a multilingual speech community? Language contact phenomenon? Must be some specialized terminology, though it probably just means different languages trying to talk to each other?

Weird sentence.
In a certain multilingual speech community, the official language is Arabic. Because of colonialism they speak dialects influenced by French.

N.A.T.

Language contact phenomenon is specialised terminology. It occurs in the specialty that the OP is studying, ie. linguistics. It refers to various (specific) phenomena that occur when two languages are in contact. For example "convergence" is one such phenomenon.

PS: Your method of quoting - by repeating someone else's words in normal type as the body of your message - is very confusing.
