    Young People Learning English and/or Putonghua

    A territory-wide survey conducted by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups in relation to young people learning English and/or Putonghua, found that more than 40 per cent of respondents felt that the lack of opportunities to practise was their greatest hindrance in learning.

    Just read the report. Wouldn't be surprised if the same findings held true for English in China, as they are in Singapore.
