    Default pay in/with cash

Can you pay in/with cash all the money owed before you move in?

Can we use either 'in' or 'with' with 'cash'?

    Thank you in advance.

I believe it should be "in cash".

Definition of pay verb (BUY) from Cambridge Dictionary Online: Free English Dictionary and Thesaurus

    This (credible) source lists both:

I paid the driver (in/with) cash.

    I agree.

So does COCA - 206 examples of 'pay cash'. 140 of 'pay in cash' and just 24 of 'pay with cash'.

You can use in/with, but in this sentence, I would only use in.
