Hello everybody
Can anyone tell me about the difference in between "make a decision and give a decision".
Also, about the difference between "make " and "do"

Thank you in advance

Courts, authorities, etc, can give a decision when they decide whether to accept or reject something.

A simple distinction between make and do is that make often refers to the result/product (make a coffee) and do to the activity/process (do the washing), but there will be exceptions.

You have to make a decision before you can give it.

A: Have you made a decision yet?
B: Yes, I have.
A: Well ... can you give me your decision?
B: Sure, I've decided not to go.
