    business english

    Are the following sentences correct:

The representatives of the company shall be provided the opportunity to give a presentation of the new products.

The contracting parties have agreed on terms as follows.

The Agreement includes the list of companies (firms) attending the meeting
or that will attend the meeting?

Should I use "shall" instead of "will" in an agreement?

    Thank you for your help.

You can use 'shall'- it is used:

The Agreement includes the list of companies (firms) that will attend the meeting

This sounds better to me. What sort of companies/firms are you talking about? If they're legal, then use 'firm', but if they're commercial, I'd use 'companies'.

    Question Re: business english

One more thing. Is it correct to write CONTRACTING parties if this is an AGREEMENT (and not a CONTRACT)?

    Thank you!

    Re: business english

How about 'parties to this agreement'? The other's fine to me.
