    in Control Panel vs. under Control Panel



    1. Open Devices and Printers in Control Panel.

    Are these interchangeable?

    It depends whether you consider the "Devices and Printers" option to be "in" the folder called "Control Panel" or hidden "behind" Control Panel.

    I think it's personal choice and I've heard (and probably used) both.
