Hi,

Just wondering why people here in Canada used to say, "Where did you get this FROM?" instead of "Where did you get this?"

Are both correct?


They also say this in emails:

Example: "Here is the report AS AT Sept. 20th" instead of "Here is the report AS OF Sept. 20th".

Is it correct to use AS AT?

"As at" is jarring to my American ears. "As of" is the phrase we would use.
