    Cool on that date

    Hello!

Can you tell me if the phrase "on that date" is correct here, please?

"Mrs Smith will not be available next Wednesday, so our next meeting will take place on Wednesday 5th at 1.00 pm. Will you all be free on that date? "

    Thanks a lot
    Will
