Please let me know what you think about this motivation letter for LLM 
:
I would like to apply to be a part-time student in the specialised LLM Degree in International Human Rights for the period 2012 – 2013. I have chosen this degree due to my keen interest in the field of human rights, the field of law that I have chosen to pursue as my career.
Although my academic results were not exceptional in the first year of my study, my marks drastically improved over the years to the point where, in my final year of study, I attained 6 distinctions.
After completing my studies at ____, I attended a full-time practical legal training course during 2004. Immediately thereafter, I commenced my articles at a prestigious law firm in ____________ where I was later employed as a professional associate.
Wanting to broaden my experience as much as possible, I moved to the United Kingdon and worked at a large international law firm based in London, ____________.
Upon my return to __________ in August 2008, I immediately continued my legal career working for two law firms in the following two years, including another international law firm, ______________.
During August 2010, I was employed as head of the general law department at __________, a public interest and human rights focused non-profit organisation that aims to increase access to justice by facilitating the provision of pro bono legal services for indigent individuals. In light of my current position in a field of law that I am actively pursuing as my career path, I am keen to expand my knowledge about the various aspects of human rights as I feel that this would have a direct impact on the quality of service that I am able to offer.
Although I did not attain the average mark for my first degree that is required to qualify for admission as a student for the LLM Degree at_______________, I am confident that in light of my national and international work experience in the legal field over the last six years, my decision to pursue human rights as my career path and my current position in a non-profit organisation focused on various human rights related matters, I will successfully complete the LLM degree.
