My wife had left for native place on 16th of sep 2011 because of some urgency, and I could not intimate L.T.C section for L.T.C advance, so know I am applying for L.T.C advance for both of us as I am going to my native place on 15th oct 2011.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and consider my case for L.T.C advance.
