    Is 'it' needed here?

    Dear teachers...

Do the following sentences read well?

Atfer analysing the data, it could(can) be concluded that there was(is) a lot of illegal money involved, allowing (it) to determine the real intentions of the employees.

    or

After analysing the data, it could(can) be concluded that there was(is) a lot of illegal money involved, making (it) possible to determine the real intentions of the employees.

    Thanks

Not possible; 'it' needs to refer back to something here.

After analysing the data, it could(can) be concluded that there was(is) a lot of illegal money involved, making (it) possible to determine the real intentions of the employees. 'It' is necessary.

    How about this one?

After (the) analysis of the data, it could(can) be concluded that there was(is) a lot of illegal money involved, making it possible to determine the real intentions of the employees

    Thanks
