    Hi,

"Be not in a hurry for giving punishment to a wrongdoer, but give some opportunity to him to apologize."

"Oh, my friend, three things are caustic and fatal: poverty after wealth, misery after glory, and loosing your friends."

    Thanks in advance

I have a question for you:

For what reason have you eliminated "wrongdoer" and its reference?

I would prefer to focus on the action rather than on the actor.
