    Could it be looking at?

After looking for information at software1 and software2 nothing comes up. Then I gathered more information and realized that client ordered device at apple.com and transferred over apple support.

I don't think so. In your example "looking for" is the process of looking/searching ("nothing comes up"). "Looking at" is the result of looking/searching. (Note: In future posts, please include your query in the body/text area of the post rather than only in the title.)
