It's a safety data sheet...

The exact context is the following:

Suitable extinguishing media (or agent? ) [/COLOR][/COLOR]: carbon-dioxide (CO2), extinguishing powder, water spray,
fire-fighting foam, sand.

Unsuitable extinguishing media (or agent): Do not use direct water jets on the burning product; they
could cause splattering and spread the fire.
Simultaneous use of foam and water on the same surface is to be avoided as water destroys
the foam.
