    was so angry/ was angry, so much so that

    Which are correct:

    1-He was so angry that he threw the racket at me.
    2-He was angry so much that he threw the racket at me.

    3-He was angry, so much that he threw the racket at me.

    4-He was angry, so much so that he threw the racket at me.
