Can this sentence:
1-I talked to the man working in that room.
be used instead of:
2-I talked to the man who works in that room.
In "2", I might have talked to him at a time when he was not working at all. Can "1" be used in such a case?

Can this sentence:
3-I talked to a man working in that room.
be used instead of:
4-I talked to a man who works in that room.
Again, in "4" I might have talked to him when he was not working.
