    1)accomplished 2)abondoned 3)decayed 4)surrendered

    Which choice is correct?

    What does abondon mean that surrender doesn't?

    look here:
    surrender - definition of surrender by the Free Online Dictionary, Thesaurus and Encyclopedia.

    surrender in sense 2 has as sunonyms "give up", "abondon", ....

    Note the correct spelling of synonym and abandon.

    When you surrender you are giving up to some other party, who wins. In this case, there is no winner.
