    musical instrument.

    I am looking for the English name of a musical instrument.

    1. there are two pieces round and hard solid about 2" x 2", they are connected at one side ot the hard solid. I heard someone pronounced very closed to "caskernet"

    2. can you suggested a good website where I can find the English namse of muscial instruments?

    Castanets.

    It's "castanet", which is not an English word. As far as I know there is no English word for it.
