    allocate work to

    - Allocate work to team members, supervise them, and make routine reports as a leader of task force team

    HI,

I would greatly appreciate any help in rephrasing it to make it look more like a job-description

I, especially, don't like to use the word "them".

    Thanks

Allocate work to, and supervise, team members.
