    Welcome to the forum, cuppycake.

You ask a question about English grammar in this forum. You have already started a new thread, so you know how to do it. Just submit your question and wait for the response.

Please try to give your thread a title that lets us know what to expect when we open. it. Also, try to follow the standard rules about written English - use a capital letter at the beginning of the first word of a sentence, and for the first person pronoun 'I'.

We look forward to your first question.
Please do not edit your question after it has received a response. Such editing can make the response hard for others to understand.

Thank you for your reply and I will do that ..my question is talking about if I can call it
    question inside question for example:
Do you know if Mars has an atmosphere??
so when do we need this kind of questions ?why did not we use the qusetion directly?
    DOES mars have an atmosphere??
and when should we use if ???
i'm sorry if these questions are a lot but I want to learn that
