    Default go-forward

Would you please explain the meaning of "go-forward" in the following context?

Most people would also like to have some fun at work! When you agree on these core wants, and perhaps others more specific to your situation, you can begin developing a positive go-forward relationship.

If the direct conversation goes well and you establish a go-forward agreement, immediately affirm the positive movement.

    Thank you.

I doubt whether it's a real word. But you'll often find this in pop psychology, business or self-help books. I'd guess that it means no more or less than what it seems to mean.
The apparent meaning is that you are in a position to enter a relationship that goes forward, not backward. (You're meant to accept as an axiom that going forwards is better than going backwards).
Going forwards rather than backwards is a fundamental value of progressive Western societies.
