    the basic and optional high resolution graphics file downloads

    So in addition to the basic and optional high resolution graphics file downloads needed to install and run Orbiter, there is also a downloadable “SDK” (software developer’s kit) with examples, utilities, documentation, etc. that programmers can use to implement new spacecraft, textures, MFDs, 3D objects, help files, etc.
    (Go Play in Space)

    Is it possible to read the part in bold in the following different ways:

    1) the basic resolution graphics file downloads
    2) the basic file downloads

    Thanks.

    * Not a teacher

    I think you can read it only this way:

    a) the basic graphic file downloads
    b) the optional high resolution graphic file downloads

    Also, I wouldn't use a comma before etc.
