Are they synonym? I mean is it the same thing if i say " I'm cleasing my house" than "I'm cleaning my house" ? "He is dead" than "he is death" ? And " Your answer is false" than "your answer is counterfeit" ?

I wouldn't expect to hear "I'm cleansing my house", if I did I would take it to mean, cleaning it in an exceptionally thorough way, or cleaning it in a spiritual sense.
"dead" is an adjective, "death" is a noun. We don't use "counterfeit" in that sense.
