Use "before 3 pm".

Hello,

I have been confused with the sentence I wrote below.

-Don't worry! I will have called you by 3:00 pm (That's ok) This makes sense if your friend needs some information you will tell him, but he has to leave at 3. By the time he has to leave at 3, you will have called him with the needed information. The call needs to be completed before 3.

But, could you please help me about the fact that whether the sentence below are natural or not.

-Don't worry! I will call you by 3:00 pm This is okay. This just lets you know that latest time you will call him.

-Don't worry! I will call you at least one time by 3:00 pm Why would you WANT to say this?
Thank you....

I'm not sure why you would want to say "at least one time by 3 pm." Can you explain the context you had in mind?

I just wanted to know whether we can use a style like them without using 'future perfect tense'. The sentences I wrote may be unlikely ,but thanks for the answers.
