Default about Passive : be said.... be told...

They say that he is honest.
⇒ It is said that he is honest. ( O )
⇒ He is said to be honest. ( O )

He told me that my father had passed away last week.
⇒ I was told (by him) that my father had passed away last week. ( O )
⇒ It was told me (by him) that my father had passed away last week. ( ? )

Does the last sentence(It was told me~?) make sense?
