    Default be scared

For example, if we see a gangster (or a gangster-like person)
right in front of us, or if we (or maybe
a thief) see a big dog just when entering a house,
we come to a standstill. I think BIBIRU is the word
in Japanese. Are there any more slangish words than
    'be scared'?
    Thank you.

    I am spooked
I am scared out of my socks ( that's an oldie)
something scares the daylights out of me
it makes my blood run cold
it makes the hair on my back stand up
    I am scared silly/stiff/dead
    I am scared to death
it makes my hair stand up on the back of my neck

    slang:
    I am freaking out
it scares the bejibbers out of me (sl)
it scares the pants/the hell/crap/or sh... out of me (sl)

Wow, so many! Thank you very much.
Now when I come to think of it, the Japanese
word BIBIRU seems to have a nuance of 'tremble' in it.
