Default suggest you to do something

I would like to know if the 'suggest you to do something' version is correct or should I stick with the usual one(suggest you do something).

Stick with the usual. Your alternative is incorrect.

    Don't use "to."
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
