    Is it correct? Please help me.

    It means little to me. Did you want to ask, "How did the fall in value of the rupee affect you?"?

    I think so!
    But could you please express that meaning in another way using the verb 'impact' as in the OP.. I would make my own sentence and hope you to correct it: 'How are you impacted by the rupee value decreasing?'

    How has the decrease in the value of the rupee impacted [up]on you?

    We don't usually use the verb "impact" in such constructions as "How have you been impacted by ...?" because the usual verb there would be "affect" ("affected by")

    The decrease in rupee value has impacted upon many sectors/people/companies/countries.

    Not a Teacher

    As a less invasive version, I might suggest:


    How were you impacted by the decrease in the value of the rupee?

    Or,

    How have you been impacted by the decrease in value of the rupee?


    (Correct me if I am wrong. Thank you.)
