    The teachers here always remind us that using right punctuation is necessary in English. Indeed they are very helpful and experienced teachers/Academics..., they share their valuable knowlege without getting any benefits.
    So, just ask things the right way.

    Look up IPA - the International Phonetic Alphabet. (or you could also make your question more specific)

    The ' means that the syllable following is stressed. It's pronounced eighteen.
