    scared

His barbaric behaviors made me stay awake scared all night.

    Hi,

It doesn't read right, does it?

    How should I rephrase it?

    Thanks

Using some kind of preposition + noun form of "scared" would be a good idea?

    Re: scared

"His barbaric behavior kept me awake with fear all night".
.. "in fear" would also work.
