We may actually have microchips in our bodies examine / to examine / examined our body pressure, temperature, and heartbeat on a daily basis.

My grammar book says the answer is examine but I think the answer could be both examine and to examine depending on how to analyze the sentence.

That is, if we put 'examine', the meaning will be 'let microchips examine our body pressure..'

If we put 'to examine', the meaning will be 'in order to examine our body pressure'

Agreed? ^.^;;

I agree.

Note that 'let' means 'allow,' which is why I changed it in your sentence.
