    come tax seson

Can "come tax seson" mean an inverted sentence like "if tax season comes"? This seems quite odd. And what do you mean by "number crunchers"? Is it slang for accountants?

ex)Black Fianance is a bookkeeping firm that can be your savior come tax season. For a low fee, we pledge to earn you a larger refund than you would receve filing alone. Our number crunchers stay current with fedeal income tax codes and find loopholes that can mean larger returns......

It means "when tax season comes" not "if ..."

Come February, I'll be working at a different location = From next February, I'll be ...
Come Saturday, I'll have handed in all my essays = By (next) Saturday, I'll have ...
Come spring, I'll have no clothes left = When spring arrives, I'll have no clothes left.
