    Many young men and women are falling victims of this dreadful curse(drug). here''are falling victims'' is correct in this sentence?

    No. The verb is "to fall victim to". The people are victims (plural) but the phrase itself uses the singular.

    Many young people are falling victim to this dreadful drug.
