    used to

    Hi
    Is it correct if we say:
    ((I used to do whatever I do now.))
    I ask it because I have learned that we use used to when we want to talk about regular activities in the past that don't happen now.

    Your 'rule' is, in general terms, correct. That being so, we wouldn't normally say, "I used to do whatever I do now."
