Does the first one sound less promiscuous and gigolo-like on native ears, compared to the second one?

or is it pretty much the same deal?

I don't think either of them make the man sound "promiscuous" or "gigolo-like". Most adult men (and women) would like to find someone that they can have an intimate relationship with.
