    Default What should I say?

When a person with a chronic illness starts an exercise program for his/her health, what should I say? I'd like to encourage the person.
"cheer" "Don't push yourself too hard."
    Thanks in advance.

If you keep on these exercises regularly God may give you a quick recovery

    or

Every time I see you, you seem to be better conditioned. Keep on your exercises and get the quick health you deserve. (Usually it is a lie.)
