Happy new year

I have been seraching the internet looking for such website and I luckily got it :-D:-D

my first question is that I'm in charge of writing letters to all the university staff under the name of the head of English department ... I really need some help of how I start ,for example, a clarification letter informing teachers that they must report us of both enlisted and delisted students to avoid punishment???
would be sooooo grateful if you help me write that letter??

I'm sorry, but we're not a letter writing service.

We will be happy to comment on your letters, once you draft them.

If you write that letter and post it here, someone will (probably) take a look and offer suggestions.

A rule for writing business letters is to simply state clearly what is needed.

In my opinon, you don't need threats unless people have not complied with your first request. "Punishment" is an odd word for professional teachers. It sounds like you'll make them go to bed without their dinner or something.

Happy new year to you too!
