    Hi teachers,

    1) You should nurture delicate plants with careful. Correct?

    2) I will nurture two children as their parents have passed away. Correct?

    3) I am outspoken. I say what I think. I don't keep/hide anything in my heart. Correct?

    4) I am an outspoken person. I say what I think. I don't keep/hide anything in my heart. Correct?

    You could write "I don't keep anything hidden in my heart". But outspokenness doesn't normally refer to matters of the heart. It means that you don't back away from an argument, or you like to make your views known, even if they are controversial.
    If you want to say that you speak easily about your more tender feelings, "outspoken" isn't the best term.
