Depends. I see that you are Chinese, and "Team Star" can mean different things in different cultures. In the west, "Star" means the leader, the best, the top, a standout, and others look up to him/her. A basketball 'star' scores many points. A movie 'star' makes lots of movies and draws many people to theaters.
Chinese culture values cooperation- getting along with others and not rising above in a way that makes others look or feel like less. In this context, a 'star' would be a person who works well with others and makes the whole team better.
You have the cause/effect backward. "because you are a team star, working with others is really your cup of tea" should be: 'You are a team star because working with others is really your cup of tea.'
