"A steep slope" perhaps? I'm not sure why you would walk "a lot" in the same place every day.

I think perhaps you should refer to distance rather than amount. So instead of "I walk a lot ..." you could try "I walk for several miles uphill every day" or "I walk a really long way up a steep slope every day".
