Try not to be so defensive, flowersa. 5jj was pointing out that it is surprising that at times you appear to be capable of writing quite convoluted and complicated sentences with no errors, yet you repeat some very basic mistakes. This is surprising to teachers. We expect people to make basic mistakes when they only have a basic level. You do not.
As he said, four very basic mistakes (below) have been corrected already by other users but seemingly you continue to make them:
1. Hi, is "fly down" means a ...
2. Hi, what does this expression means?
3. What does it means ...
4. Hi, is this defines "Tedious" correctly?
Once one of the volunteers/teachers here has corrected such constructions (and those corrections are generally clearly marked by us), we expect those errors not to be repeated.
In case you can't find the original posts and their corrections, they should read:
1. Hi. Does "fly down" mean ...
2. Hi. What does this expression mean?
3. What does it mean?
4. Hi. Have I defined "tedious" correctly?
Hi. Is this the correct definition of "tedious"?
We are helpful and welcoming on this forum, but we expect a level of respect, patience and understanding from learners. We don't always simply answer the question that has been posted. If there are other errors in a post, we will correct those errors where possible and we expect those corrections to be noted and not repeated.
