    2. all of people
    3. all people
    4. people all

Context, context, context! Apart from #2, I can give you a sentence using all of them but they'll have very different meanings. Why don't you give us a sentence using each one and then we'll comment.

    Re: all of the people

"I would be grateful if you told me which one is ok?"
Would you please tell me why 'told' is wrong here?

Which option do you suggest for starting a sentence?
    1. All of the people were there,
    2. All people were there,
    3. People all were there,

Which option do you suggest for ending a sentence?
    1. I saw all of the people,
    2. I saw all people,
    3. I saw people all,

    Thank you teacher,
    ata

It's not wrong as such, but when you are asking for someone's help or for a favour, we usually use "I'd be grateful if you would help me ..."

Which option do you suggest for starting a sentence?
    1. All of the people were there,
    2. All people were there,
    3. People all were there,

Again, context is everything. "Starting a sentence" is not context. It might depend on the entire content of the sentence. I repeat my request - post whole sentences containing the phrases and we can comment on whether or not your choices are appropriate.

    CAUTION: NOT A TEACHER

I thought that you would like this famous quotation from our 16th president, Abraham Lincoln, who, you will remember, was the president during our horrific Civil War (1861 - 1865):

"You can fool some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the

time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time."
