An example of when I led strategic change and convinced higher management of adopting that change, was when I was working in the first company that I worked at. The company was conceterating on only producing religions products(Cassetes, CDs) as they were widespread or common, and have a market for them to be saled. I was successed in convincing the top management that there's a market need for new products which are cultural products ( Encyclopedic, Documentry films, and Programming Solutions), and this where I come in, in where I started conducting marketing researches, and contributed in designing a plan and strategy on how to achieve our change so that my suggestion regarding change would be based on evidence. and this how I led strategic change and convinced higher management of adopting it.
